Issues with iCloud

Hello everyone, I bought an iPhone 6 on eBay about 2 Months ago, and ive not been able to use it ever since because it kept asking for the old login for icloud details which i don't have. I've tried contacting the seller but to no avail. Please what do i do? I need an urgent response because i'm feeling terrible at the moment.
