need help with my apple id

So I just reset my iPod touch and i forgot what the password for my icloud is, and it has an activation lock. My problem is that i also don't remember the security questions and when it the email to recover the password it sends to that same icloud account and since i didn't know the password im now locked out and cant even recover it. what do I do?
