Pervious purchased  apps are not available...

I purchased lots of apps then I moved to a new country. Pervious purchased  apps are not available for re-download here. Why?!

It’s up to the developer where he/she wants to sell the app and provid support for it.

No app is available for redownload from pervious region at all. Only purchased app in new region appear in Purchased tab.

Your previous purchases will not show. From the support document.

Redownload any past purchases that you want to keep on your device. Your Purchased section no longer shows items that you purchased from the store in the previous country or region. You won't be able to update these apps or content without downloading or purchasing them again in your new country or region.

Correct.   You cannot access the app store of one country from a different country.

That is a big problem! I have to buy again. It's not fair.
