Anyone having issues updating billing information?

I've been trying to update my billing today keeps telling me card is declined checked statement and my card and I have funds

Head over to https://appleid.apple.com and ensure that the card is not expired, and that the billing address is correct, including state and zip code.

I've done that and it's still telling me the same thing
