An issue with preview

When I use preview in continuous scroll mode and the window is maximised, one can see that as one scrolls down the page number is displayed for a moment.Of course in that case I am able to view the contents of the previous page.But the problem is when I right click on any word of the previous page and select look up option, then there is no response(This happens after the next page is indicated). Even though I can look up words from the current page.

Do fix up this issue.
