MacBook Pro 13 Erratic Screen

One of my employees has an issue with his 2015 Mac Book Pro 13 with 16GB Ram and i7 processor running OSX 10.12.

Randomly, his screen will begin to jump around on it's own or with mouse movement (See Video). It is nearly impossible to save or properly shut down, and he frequently loses saved data because of it. Issue shows up sporadically. Can be anywhere from a few times a day to once in a month.

We have tried re-setting the nvram, smc, etc., have created a new user account, have taken it in to be looked at by the genius bar, had the logic board and LCD replaced, but the issue has resurfaced. Have not noticed any connection to running specific programs or any combination of user input to cause this issue.

One interesting note, while the device was getting replaced, we provided him a 15 inch pro and he did not experience the issue, though this may have been due to the limited time he used that device.

We are at our wits end with this laptop and need a fix!
