Issue w/ Installing MacOS High Sierra on Mac Ai...

Recently purchased a refurbished Mac Air 2013 and wanted to upgrade to the new software. As it was downloading, the screen froze. After pressing down the shut down button to restart the computer I got these screens 

Can someone please tell me the next steps in order to successfully download the new software to my computer. Is there a simple trick to fix this or will I have to take it to an Apple Store to see what the issue it? This happen everything turn on the computer. 

Any help would be great!
