iWatch3 Notifications

How do i set up my watch to vibrate when a new iMessage comes in but not pop up who the person is or the details of the message. I have the "message details" set to never in multiple setting places. This is for privacy so others cant see who is texting but i am still alerted.

On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > Notifications > turn on Notification Privacy.

I have done that and the person who is texting still pops up on my watch.
