My system storage limit is 16 GB on my iPad min...

I was just filling up my iPad mini with music, movies, TV shows, books, podcasts and apps and treating my iPad mini’s home menu like a well-arranged library. But the only problems are I can’t fill my device up with what I want in it and someone said I can’t change the storage limit on my device, only on the iCloud. Please help.

iCloud is backup storage it has nothing to do with the amount of storage on your iPad.

If you purchased a 16 Gb device, that is all the storage you have.

So I can’t change the storage limit of my iPad from 16 GB to how much storage I want it to be instead of iCloud?

No.

The only way to get a larger storage iDevice is to purchase a larger storage capacity iDevice.

The usable storage capacity of a 16 GBs iDevice is approx. 9-10 GBs.
