Reminders app not showing all reminder lists

HI,

I updated my Apple Watch to watch OS 3 the day it released, and was glad to see a new reminders app was added, because I use it on my iPhone 6.

Unfortunately, when I open it on my watch, I don't see any of my reminders or reminder lists. Just a "scheduled" list which is empty, even though I do have items in that list on my iPhone.

wondering how I can fix this?

iphone 6 - iOS 10

apple watch bought Oct 15 - Watch OS 3

Got my iCloud account as default for reminders, same one on iPhone and watch.

Thanks

I am having same issue as well as another friend.  The Siri functionality to set a reminder on watch doesn't work either.  How can I fix this?  This was a update I was most excited about.

Check your paired iPhone calendar to ensure that you have no lists "On my iPhone" because these don't sync. Only the iCloud ones do. This was driving me nuts last night (new toy from my wife!)

Can you provide more direction to what you are suggesting?  My reminders are linked to iCloud and still not viewable on watch.

Open calendar app on iPhone. At bottom of screen you'll see Today, calendars, InBox. Select Calendars to see a list of your calendars. On my iPhone I had 2 groups showing: on my iPhone, iCloud. The lists under iPhone didn't sync but the iCloud ones did which I assume is intentional.

I checked that and that is all right.  Make sure you understand, my calendars work fine on my watch and phone.  Its reminders app that is not working on my watch.  It only shows  scheduled folder.

I think calendar and reminders share the same lists. That's what I concluded last night anyway. So when you launch reminders you see just one bar labeled Scheduled or do you see <Scheduled  at the top and some reminders? If the latter, click on the <Scheduled to back up to the list. If the former then I'm at a loss.

All I see is scheduled on watch with a 0 I cant see any of my other folders or any of my reminders that are on my phone.

Calendar is synced as should. both iCloud and gmail accounts. Maybe it has to do with gmail not supporting reminders and it being my default calendar? When I go to the reminders settings on iPhone I can only choose my iCloud account.

Hi

It may help to follow these steps:

  • On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > General > Reset > tap once on Reset Sync Data.
  • Nothing will seem to happen, but the process will run in the background / invisibly to you, so allow some time afterwards for it to complete.

I'm having the same exact issue.

I am also having this issue. Has there been a fix discovered for this? I've tried everything, powering off phone and watch as well as unpairing the watch (which is inconvenient).  Please help!

Restart and repairing did not work for me.  Still shows scheduled zero.

This actually worked for me. Thanks!
