Itunes Store not opening on iPhone SE Pakistan

Whenever I open itunes store it says open itunes U app at the top and at the bottom there is only one icon of the itunes u app. When i tap it ten times it refreshes and same message appear again.

I have tried everything change time zone, change restrictions, change appleID but nothing is working.

Kindly help anyone i'm from Pakistan. Thank you!
