Apps problem

i have a problem with downloading and updating the Apps ...it says the was a problem in the previous billing .

Be careful of fake/scam/phishing emails.

 

Can you give a more detailed explanation?



When I’m downloading apps even “Free apps “ it says “ THE IS A PROBLEM WITH A PREVIOUS PURCHASE “ I can’t even update apps...



You need to login in and update your payment details.

Does that message ask you to contact iTunes.   If it does it should have an address.   What address does it give?



Sounds more like a popup request in the App store.



What on earth gave you that idea?

 

MacKeeper is not in the App store.   Our members would raise Cain if that were to happen.

I'm not saying it has anything to do with MacKeeper. I'm thinking the users payment details are out of date.

What happens when you press continue?



If I click continue it says  AN ERROR  OCC



It says exactly that "AN ERROR OCC"

 

Nothing else?
