［Files] app error

Using Apple Pencil in Files app to edit PDF file for a while, it will suddenly switch to first page and all notes that just added are gone .

Steven ~ It would help us if you were to add your Apple products to your Community profile:

• When signed in, you'll see "stevencg84261" at upper left.

• Click on it and, in the resulting pop-up, click on "View profile".

• In the resulting page, scroll to the bottom and click on "Add a product".
