My notes app on my computer is not syncing with...

My notes app on my computer is not syncing with my iCloud. The only notes in iCloud are the notes I put on my phone. I have extensive notes on my computer and I need them to sync to my phone.

You state you have OS X 10.10.5 on your Mac - Is this correct? What version of IOS do you have on your Phone?
