Message's not worked well in iOS11

Dear Apple support team,

Normally, if i need to send a message to anyone then i go to the contacts and choose the name of contact person and choose "send message" so the message screen will be appeared immediately but my iP7 was not worked that now. I need to do 2 times then the message screen should appear. It just came when i upgraded my iP7 to iOS11.

Pls help me to fix it.
