Smart Album photos not sync

I used to sync photos daily and keep my camera roll empty, for this reason, I load all photos into Photos app and remove them from iPhone, I also set a smart-album which stores the photos from last 2 months.

Suppose every time when I sync my iPhone, the smart album shall display the photos from last 2 months on my device and the Photos App, however, this stopped since 26 Sept.

Does anyone has the same problem?
