iOS encrypted backups via iTunes has unique key...

I'm trying to make several backups for iOS.

I'm using iTunes of HighSierra, not iClouds because I don't know how to make multiple backups with iClouds.

I always copy backup folder for the device just after making a new backup for iOS.

With iTunes for iOS backups, I check "this computer" and encrypt backup, then enter passwords for keychain. But if I uncheck the encryption option after that, and check that again, creating new password is required.

My qeustion is as follows.

Every time unchecking the encrypted password option, keychain password is reset? Does my MacOS, or my login account, allow me has only 1 keychain password and the previous password is deleted/overwrited from keychain? If that's the case, I have to copy older password from keychain and take a note for it every after uncheck/check action.

( You may thought why I sometime uncheck the option, that's because for security reasons. checking and uncheking the encryption option both has merit and demerit.)
