Where can I find IOS 10.12?

I am trying to upgrade from IOS 10.10.5 and cannot find anywhere to download 10.12.  Lots of upgrades to later versions, but all seem to need the 10.12 original foundation.  Help!

iOS runs on iPhones, iPads, and iPod Touches. Macs run OSX.

Unless your Mac cannot support High Sierra 10.13, or you had downloaded 10.12 previously, 10.12 Sierra is no longer available to download.

10.13 does not require 10.12 be installed.

Thanks, I am on an iMac, but using Avid Media Composer and as I understand, it has not been blessed with OSX 10.13.  Perhaps I should give it a try or stay with 10.10.5 and my original Avid MC?

I guess I should mention, it works for me.
