Macbook Pro Delivery Shipped But Due In 10 Days?

Hey there,

I'm here to clear up a delivery enquiry because this Wednesday (13th Sept) I ordered a Macbook Pro 13" With Touchbar and a 16GB memory upgrade.

I've been frequently checking the delivery status as I was expecting the case and adapter I ordered to arrive yesterday (15th Sept) which it did, however I noticed my Macbook had been "Dispatched" which, based on what Apple summarizes each delivery stage to, means it's done and on its way to me.

So, what's it doing in The Netherlands (I'm from the UK) and why is it going to take 10 Days (27th Sept) to get here??

That question would have to be asked of the carrier that is delivering it. No one here could answer the question, since this is a user to user support forum, and Apple does not participate here. You could also contact Apple if you wish, but if this delivery notice does not include a tracking number, then I would say that based on what we see here in the states, that means it is prepared for delivery and they have notified the carrier to pick it up for delivery.
