Please Help! Spinning Ball of Death

Hey Guys,

I was hoping I could get some guidance on how to fix my MacBook Pro. It has literally become almost useless to work with. Overtime I try to use any application, use safari, or simply even type this post I get the spinning beach ball. I been doing some research on this forum and I have seen a few users post the Etrecheck on here and get some feedback on those that understand the results a bit better. I ran the Etrecheck and this is what I got back. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you so much in advance.
