How do I fix a bug where all browsers crash?

I am using El Capitan and all of my browsers keep crashing repeatedly. I have tried Safari Firefox and Chrome. All keep crashing. I think it may have something to do with flash, because I can't install or uninstall it, it just crashes any time I try to install or uninstall it. I have reset all of the caches, I don't have any web extensions. I have run first aid, and nothing came up. I have an etrecheck report if that helps. Also, it could have something to do with java script, because some of the error reports have that, but it might just be normal, i don't know. My computer itself has even logged out while I'm working, and all of these things may be tied together. Thank you, computer guardians.
