iMessage sends ME the message when I message an...

This started just the other day. From my Macbook, in Messages, I type a message to my husband, and I receive the text, right back, shows it is an iMessage to my account. He does not receive the message at all.

On my iphone, the messaging works fine.

Does anyone have any ideas? This occurred after the IOS and OS updates we've done in the last week or two. And hasn't been a problem ever before. I want to fix this.
