Macbook Air 13" (Early 2015) A1466 battery

Hello,

I have a Macbook Air 13" (Early 2015). It was purchased in April 2016 (out of warranty now) and has been running great until last month. I am facing issue regarding charging the notebook. Whenever I plug the charging cable, the battery status icon shows that it's running on 'Power Adapter' and the battery is not charging. See the attached screenshots for the exact message.

The Orange/Green indicator light on the magsafe end also does not glow at all.

I've also grabbed a screenshot of 'System Information > Hardware > Power'

My problem is that whenever I plug the charger at Home or my Office (different localities), I'm seeing this error. I took the laptop to an Apple Authorised Service Place and they asked me to keep the notebook in for a week and also quoted an exorbitant amount for diagnosis. So I went to a 3rd Party Apple Service Place and as soon as they plugged my charger and notebook to start diagnosis, it connected perfectly and started charging as it is supposed to. Even the Orange/Green Indicator lights up.

My battery has been through 114 cycle counts, so my layman guess is, it isn't the battery (never know for sure). Also, using my charger to charge other Macbooks work, and other chargers charge my Macbook as it should.

I've tried heating the charger with a heating bag and it hasn't worked for me. I live near Mumbai, India, it never gets cold here and there is a lot of humidity here and also more humid due to monsoon season. I hope I've clearly explained the issue, please guide me through.
