Movies’ previews do not play on iPad/iPhone

Hi,

I’m having trouble with watching movies’ trailers in iTunes on iPhone 6 plus and iPad Pro 12.9.

Both devices have latest updates installed at the moment. It all started back in September on iOS 10.

Trailers start to play, but after 8 seconds quality drops drammatically and after 16 seconds playback just stops.

It is not possible to view trailers past first 16 seconds.

Interestingly HD films are streamed and played without any issues on the same internet connection.

I have wired internet provider with 50 mbit up/downlink subscription.

Is there anything to check in settings or just write a ticket to Apple support?
