Apple Music won’t play even though I̵...

I just updated to the IOS 11.0.2 and now my Apple Music won’t play through data. It keeps saying that I need to enable music to play through WiFi or data. The thing is, I have my settings so that I CAN use data to listen to music. I have no idea what the problem is and it was never a problem before the update. 

Basically I can only listen to Apple Music if I have WiFi even though I have the settings to listen to it with data
