itunes crashes as soon as it opens on my PC

Hi

itunes crashes on my PC as soon as it fully loads. I uninstalled it and reinstalled.  I downloaded latest version. No dice.  I shouldn't have said it was an iOS issue as I'm on PC but there was no option to pick PC.  It's an itunes issue.

on <2 year old ASUS.

Help please.
