Move iTunes media library to cloud?

i have a 256gig MacBook Air with my media library and Photos library on a 1Tb external drive. The MacBook Air is on the latest software.

I’d like to move these off the external drive to the cloud, whether Dropbox, Google Drive or iCloud.

Is this possible?

do I need something like Expandrive? Or is it a copy, paste operation?

It would probably be easier to go iCloud Photo Library and Apple Music but my partner and I share a photo library.
