I am trying to get to settings to make so I can cancel or uninstall a program that will bill me for the next 4 years and I cant get there on  my laptop w/ windows 10. It just sends me back to the programs when Hit manage.

What are you trying to access on a Windows laptop that you are trying to uninstall that would have something to do with Apple? You posted this in iTunes for Windows, and iTunes is free software, and doesn't cost anything. That software can be uninstalled via Windows Control Panel, so you need to try and explain better what it is you re trying to do that is going to charge you for 4 years.

It sounds like you are saying that you've downloaded something that has you subscribed to it and you want to unsubscribe so it will stop charging you, is that correct?
