Phantom alarms on apple watch

Is anyone else having problems with phantom alarms on the Apple Watch 3.  There is an alarm that goes off every weekday at 5:31 a.m. and I don’t have any alarms set. I checked Bedtime and that is not set either.  Please advise

It may help to instruct Siri to "clear all alarms".

I tried that and it did not work

I explained that I have NO alarms set and that Bedtime is not set either. For future reference reading the entire post may help.

The potential solution that I suggested in my first reply has previously resolved exactly the same issue for other users, despite their Apple Watch stating that no alarms were set.
