Family sharing

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It's my understanding you'd like assistance with accessing app purchases with Family Sharing. I'm happy to help.

Please follow the steps below to access shared purchases:
  1. If you're not signed in, sign in with your Apple ID.
  2. Open the store app that you want to download content from, then go to the Purchased page: 
       
    • iTunes Store: On your iPhone or iPod touch, tap More > Purchased.
      •  
    • iBooks: Tap Purchased.
      •  
    • App Store: Tap Updates > Purchased.
  3. Tap the family member's name to see their content. Learn what to do if you don’t see any content or can't tap your family member.
  4. To download an item, tap Download icon next to it.
