How to sync my email between three devices?

I have a Mac Mini, an iPad and a Samsung A5 smart phone. How do I sync my email between these three devices, such that when I delete or modify an email on one of these devices it does the same on the other two devices? Currently, incoming email is synced between these devices, but when I delete or move an email on one device it does not do the same on the others. This results in me having to go in and delete the same email separately on each of the other devices and is a huge waste of time, not to mention confusion, as I have a large number of incoming emails each day.
