Movies anywhere problem connecting to itunes

I was connected to itunes the first day movies anywhere launched. Somehow the link between itunes and MA was lost. I have had MA twice try reset my link to itunes, but both times it still has not reconnected. It will always show connected on moviesanywhere but there is nothing in my itune account about being connected to moviesanywhere.  How do I get reconnected to itunes?
