Self Made Ring Tones

I made ring tones and have always had them sync via iTunes to my ios devices from my mac. With 12.7 the ring tones do not sync. How do I get my ring tones to my new device. I restored the device from backup when i upgraded my phone, but none of my ring tones transferred over?
