offending command: xshow

About a year ago, Mary Kay changed (more like a complete over haul) our intranet, I used to be able to print invoices but since the change, I cannot do it. I have been writing them manually.

 

The invoice is in PDF format. I can see perfectly fine on the screen but I get this error (see attached) when it prints. Can you help?

What are you using for your PDF tool, Acrobat?



It says preview



Preview is an app that comes with OS X. I suspect the problem might be on the Mary Kay side. Do you have another computer available to test it?



preview opens up other pdf files. would it help if I installed acrobat?



It would not hurt to use another reader such as Adobe Acrobat, however you may want to use the Mac App store and look for another reader, there are many to choose from, most are free.

 

Another thing to try is create another user Account (call it Test Account) and try using that account. If it works then you have discovered a software issue in your normal user account and need to narrow down your troubleshooting.



That's a server error. Try another browser, such as Firefox.



I have the same error and i test print pdf in chrome and preview and not work.
