Speed of network decrease obviously on iPad Pro...

Here is my problem.

I use my iPad Pro 10.5 with iOS 11.0.2 to watching YouTube, internet browsing. when I connect to my beatpills+, it’s network speed down to around 1/3, yes! After I turn the Bluetooth off , it back to full speed.

Can I watch YouTube with my beatpills+ without downcrease the network speed?
