iBook won't sync from iCloud Drive

I created a book using iBooks Author. I have synced it to my iPad using iCloud drive. However when I click the "download" cloud, the iBook does not open or download. I have tried signing in and out of iCloud on the iPad, deleting and redownloading the book and restarting the iPad. Help!

Can you access it from the iBooks app?
