lost all my cd uploaded music

down loaded a cd to I tunes, now lost all my uploaded music and ring tones from phone and iTunes on my computer?

Lost it how ? If you’ve deleted it from your computer (you’ve scanned the computer and checked the recycle bin/trash can ?) copy it back from your backup of your library/computer.
