watch battery dies quickly after watchos 4

After installing OS4, watch battery went from roughly getting 18 hours to barely getting 8 hours and that is with everything turned off. Have unpaired, reset, deleting iCloud backup, and  re-pair as New watch. Nothing works. Ideas? Series 1 32mm
