Runtastic app not showing on apple watch.

Runtastic app not showing on apple watch. Software up to date. It won't even sync results. Was previously working fine. I don't want to reinstall as all the data will be lost. Is there anything else I can do?

Perhaps "Show on Apple Watch" somehow got turned off in the Watch app on your iPhone?

The Runtastic app for Apple Watch now requires the Apple Watch to be using watchOS 4.x

Apple Watch Series 2 models can be updated to watchOS 4.x if the paired iPhone is an iPhone 5s or newer model that has first been updated to the latest version of iOS 11.x

If you have a compatible iPhone, follow the instructions here, starting by making a backup of your iPhone:

• Update the iOS on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
• Update your Apple Watch - Apple Support

If you instead have an iPhone 5 or 5c, then your devices cannot be updated beyond iOS 10.x and watchOS 3.x and I'm afraid that you will no longer be able to use the Runtastic app for Apple Watch.
