APP Store missing in Windows 10 iTunes and APP ...

I open iTunes via my HP laptop using Windows 10 version 1703 and I cannot find anywhere the APP Store, I can see Movies, Music, TV Shows, Podcasts and Audiobooks but there is no icon for APP Store. The version of my iTunes is 12.7.0.166

1) I have signed into the account and there is no APP Store to search and find APPs to purchase or download. I can access the APP store with my iPhone.

2) I was planning to back up my iPhone 6S plus with 11.0.3 and my iPad (4th generation) with 10.3.3 but I cannot because there is no APP in iTunes.

I would kindly appreciate if you can assist me to get the APP icon screens with the APPs in iTunes or APP Store plus. Thanks

I have the exact same problem with my Itunes.  Started about a week ago.

It's not missing. That feature was removed from iTunes 12.7. The change is intentional.
