Hello,

My mid-2012 macbook pro has been very slow for over a year. It takes several minutes to start up, sometimes the login screen is frozen and won't let me type my password in for 5+ minutes, beachball is present more frequent than not, and now the macbook will occasionally spontaneously reboot.

The problem is getting worse. I haven't really done much to troubleshoot it. Would anyone be willing to look at this etre report and help me identify the problem(s)?
