Always get Apple ID disabled on free app

Your Apple ID becomes disabled for one of two reasons. Either

1.) You entered the incorrect password or incorrect security answers too many times

or

2.) You owe the iTunes Store money.

If it's 1.) go to https://iforgot.apple.com to get started with recovering your account

If it's 2.) go to iTunes - Official Apple Support to get help from the iTunes folks
