Reserved message with AppleScript

I want to send Reserved message on my Mac.

I want to make text file(reserved_date.txt) like:

date1    phone_number1

date2    phone_number2

date3    phone_number3

date4    phone_number4

.

.

.

Using this text file, I want to send reserved message on my mac with AppleScript.

How can I make script file?

Also, if some modifications at each date on running happen, how can I modify dates?
