iPad error installing update 11.0.3

iPad downloaded while charging, but won't install, update 11.0.3. First received error message "...can't verify update because you're not connected to the internet," but all devices are connected including iPad. After "Retry," message "An error occurred installing iOS 11.0.3." No problem updating iPhone 7. iPad Air Model MH0W2LL/A, iOS 11.0.2. New DL needed? Thanks!

Delete the downloaded software and try again.

Settings>General>Storage and iCloud Usage>Storage>Manage Storage. Your list of apps will load. Find the iOS software in the list. Tap on it. Tap on Delete in the next screen.

Download the software and try again.

Alternatively, you can try updating with iTunes on your computer.

Update the iOS on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
