Playlist Icon Not Appearing

Hi guys,

I'm on an iPhone 6s running 11.0.3, syncing to iTunes 12.7.0.166 on a MacBook Pro running Mac OS 10.11.6.

Its a minor problem, but I can't get my playlist icon to appear in the playlist menus. When I'm seeing all my playlists in the music app, my Top 100 most played looks like this

But once I open the playlist, the icon (collage of some of the album art of the various tracks) shows up correctly like this

This only happens to the Top 100 Most Played list. I have tried deleting the playlist from both the iPhone and iTunes and recreating the playlist and resyncing them, but it always appears this way.
