So I noticed with the new IOS update it no longer lets me sync photos from my computer to my iPhone 6s. I really don't want to have to import all my photos onto iCloud Photo. Also there are certain albums of photos I don't want on my phone. Before, in iTunes, it let you select certain folders/albums to sync, but that feature is gone as well. Now all it says when I connect my iPhone to my Macbook is "iCloud Photos is On".
