Lost mail folders

The operating system partition of my hard drive crashed on my MacBook Pro mid 2012. I replaced the hard drive and have had to install all new operating system  (High Sierra) I was running Sierra. The rest of the old drive is in tact so I can access my files. However I had lots of folders in mail which came under 'on my Mac'. I desperately need the contents of the folders but I cannot find them anywhere.

To make things worse the hard drive in my Time Capsule also died this month so I have no back up.

Can anyone help please.
