Cannot open Home folder in my Mac OS

When I'm working on my machine Mac Book Pro.. screen got messed up and I thought restart would help resolve the problem but even then I have the same problem. I figured it out the issue is with Home folder. When I try to open, it won't open and screen is completely blocked... Is there any reason for it and how to fix the problem.

Mac Book Pro Version 10.13 (17A405)

MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports)

Processor: 2.9 GHz Intel Core i5

Startup Disk: Macintosh HD

Graphics: Intel Iris Graphics 550 1536 MB
