apple feedback

Does anyone at apple realise, the 2 step verification ID plan can set off warnings about attempted log ins. These log ins are MOST LIKELY YOUR IP SERVERS ADDRESS - The alert recommended I change my password. This caused

interruption of service to my TV, Macbook, Ipod and phone. The change of password took 3 phone calls and 4 hours

on support to finally reset ALL DEVICES.

The implementation of this scheme - has NO practical information & if the alert is YOUR OWN IP ADDRESS

the system should recognise it as safe & not create POP UP ALERTS, which the customer has NO GAURANTEE it is  SAFE - WHICH IS THE WHOLE POINT OF THE PROCESS!!!!!

Here's where it gets exciting: explain your solution to this "problem" and how you would allocate the manpower to write the code to implement your solution, where you would budget the money from to pay the coders, rewrite the user information websites worldwide, rewrite the advertising copy, and on and on...

Oh, by the way, this is a user forum. There are no Apple people here. Just folks who use Apple devices, same as you. You can give Apple feedback here:  Product Feedback - Apple
