recover playlists

I recently had to reformat my harddisk. All my songs are at the same spot as before, now that everything's been restored. I just reinstalled iTunes and the following is happening:

1) Most my songs appear as being in the cloud.

2) Although I indicated where my music files are (in Preferences), not all of them are visible.

3) I don,t have my playlists

Any chance I can get the playlists and songs back if I simply connect to my iPhone (where everything is perfectly in place)?
